The best ad is the one you tested. Ship ten variants a week and measure what the algorithm picks. The polished hero video that took four weeks to make is almost never the winner.

Good agencies push back. Great agencies push back with data. If we don't think your idea will work, we'll say it, in the first meeting. You're not paying us to nod.
